How the random anime character generator works
Most anime character generators hand you a name and a hair colour. That is a profile, not a character. This one builds four things that belong together, then draws them.
- An archetype. Genki, kuudere, tsundere, idol, bookworm, athlete, rival or hero. The archetype decides everything else.
- A role. What they do all day, and the trouble it gets them into.
- A personality with a crack in it. The loud one is careful with the people she keeps.
- A sample line. One sentence in their voice tells you more than a paragraph about them.
The text is instant and random every press. The portrait is drawn by AI from the look, style and shape you picked, so the picture matches the sheet.
A random anime generator that keeps the pieces together
Pure random makes nonsense: a shy bookworm whose catchphrase is a battle cry. Every line here is picked at random from inside one archetype, so you get variety without a character who contradicts herself.
Want a whole cast at once? Set "How many" to 5, 10 or 15 and roll a batch, then draw only the ones you like.
Using it for fanfic, art and roleplay
Writers use the sheet as a starting cast. Artists use the portrait as a reference and redraw it in their own style. Roleplayers carry the whole character into Rabu AI and talk to them. Rather start with someone ready to chat? Try an anime girlfriend chat.
Want a girlfriend-style character with a dere type and a voice? Try the waifu generator. Building an original character for your own world? The OC generator starts from the setting instead.
