1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rabu AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rabu AI.

2. Description of Service

Rabu AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered companion application and related services. Our platform allows adult users to engage with fictional AI characters in romantic, conversational, and companion contexts. Our services include all aspects of the Rabu AI application, website, and associated features.

All characters on Rabu AI are entirely fictional, AI-generated personas. They are not real people, do not have real feelings or consciousness, and do not exist outside our platform. Any resemblance to real individuals is entirely coincidental.

3. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

Rabu AI is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Rabu AI's content is entirely generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All characters are fictional AI constructs — they are not real people and have no independent existence outside the platform.
• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or occasionally inappropriate despite our content filters.
• AI characters do not have real emotions, memories beyond our system's design, or genuine relationships with users.
• We make no warranty that AI outputs will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose.
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• We are not liable for any harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

6. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content, messages, and inputs you submit to Rabu AI. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that you have the right to submit such content.
• Grant Rabu AI a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing our services.
• Acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for your inputs and their consequences.
• Agree not to submit content that violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Rabu AI to:

• Generate, request, or attempt to generate any content involving minors (real or fictional) in sexual or suggestive contexts — this includes CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) in any form.
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals in sexual or harmful scenarios without their consent.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate real individuals using our platform.
• Attempt to "jailbreak," manipulate, or bypass our content filters through prompt injection, roleplay framing, or any other technique.
• Use our services for any illegal purposes under applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt our services, servers, or networks.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or malicious materials.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content or AI responses for commercial purposes without permission.
• Impersonate Rabu AI staff, other users, or any real person.
• Promote, glorify, or facilitate terrorism, extremism, or human trafficking.
• Create multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

8. Subscription and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of price changes before they take effect.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Rabu Tokens (Virtual Currency)

Rabu AI may offer a virtual currency called "Rabu Tokens." You acknowledge and agree that:

• Rabu Tokens are a virtual in-platform currency with no real-world monetary value.
• Rabu Tokens are not redeemable for real money and cannot be converted to cash or any other currency.
• Rabu Tokens are non-transferable — they cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to other users or accounts.
• Rabu Tokens are tied to your account and will be forfeited upon account termination for policy violations.
• We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the Rabu Token economy at any time with reasonable notice.
• Purchased Rabu Tokens that have not been consumed may be eligible for refund within the terms of our Refund Policy. Consumed tokens are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

• Rabu AI's services, platform, branding, and original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our explicit written permission.

11. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for policy violations.

12. No Warranty on AI Outputs

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Guarantees that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate, consistent, or meet your expectations.
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate outputs despite our best efforts. You use our service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
