Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
We want you to be happy with your Rabu AI experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and Rabu Token purchases. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Rabu AI subscription at any time through:
- Account Settings — Go to your account settings, navigate to "Subscription," and select "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Email Support — Contact us at [email protected] and our team will process your cancellation.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until your paid period expires.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 7-day refund window — If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used the service, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Technical issues — If a verified technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing the service, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate charges — If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Billing errors — If you were charged an incorrect amount due to our error, we will correct it promptly.
For subscription renewals (not initial purchases), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly if you believe a renewal charge was made in error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Consumed Rabu Tokens — Tokens that have already been spent or used within the platform are non-refundable.
- Used subscription time — Subscription time that has already elapsed is not refundable, except in cases of verified technical failure.
- Special promotional purchases — Discounted or promotional packages explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Partial month cancellations — Canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days unless you are within the 7-day initial refund window.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations — No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Content Policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Amount charged
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider. Stripe (our payment processor) typically posts refunds within 5–10 business days after we initiate them.
App Store and Google Play Purchases
If you purchased a Rabu AI subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly through the respective store:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
- Google Play Store: Visit the Google Play help center or your order history in Google Play to request a refund.
We do not control refund decisions made by Apple or Google — those are subject to their respective refund policies.
Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made to your account, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and resolve legitimate unauthorized charges promptly.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in:
- Account suspension pending investigation
- Recovery of amounts disputed in bad faith
- Potential restrictions on future purchases
We take fraud seriously and cooperate with payment processors and law enforcement to investigate fraudulent activity.
