Rabu AI is an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use any part of our service. This requirement is absolute — there are no exceptions.

By creating an account and using Rabu AI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

We take age verification seriously. During signup, users are required to confirm they are 18 or older. We may implement additional age verification measures including:

Age declaration at account creation
Credit card or payment method verification (which typically indicates adult status)
Third-party age verification services where required by law
Behavioral monitoring to detect users who may be misrepresenting their age

If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification.

Zero Tolerance for Minors

Rabu AI has a zero tolerance policy regarding the use of our platform by minors. If we discover that a user is under 18:

The account will be permanently and immediately terminated
All associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws (including COPPA for users under 13)
Any subscription payments will be refunded where applicable
Access will be permanently blocked

Zero Tolerance for Content Involving Minors

We maintain an absolute prohibition on any content involving minors — real or fictional. This includes:

Sexual or suggestive content involving real minors
Sexual or suggestive content involving fictional characters described or implied to be under 18
Any attempt to modify, re-characterize, or age-down Rabu AI characters to appear younger than adults
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) in any form
Loli, shota, or similar content involving sexualized depictions of minors

All AI characters on Rabu AI are adults (18+). Any attempt to describe or roleplay them as minors will be blocked by our content filters and may result in account termination.

How We Detect and Prevent Underage Use

We employ multiple layers of protection to keep minors off our platform:

Signup screening — Age confirmation is required during registration.
Payment gating — Many features require payment methods typically available only to adults.
AI content monitoring — Our systems monitor for patterns that may suggest underage use or attempts to engage with minor-related content.
User reports — Community members can flag suspected underage users.
Behavioral analysis — We analyze usage patterns that may indicate a user is misrepresenting their age.

Reporting Underage Users

If you suspect that another user is under 18, please report it immediately. Do not engage — simply report.

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality and investigated promptly.

Consequences for Violations

For users who falsify their age:

Immediate permanent ban with no appeal
Forfeiture of any remaining subscription credits or Rabu Tokens
Possible referral to appropriate authorities if the violation involves illegal activity

For adults who attempt to facilitate minor access to our platform (e.g., sharing login credentials with minors):

Immediate permanent ban
Potential legal action

For any content involving CSAM or the sexual exploitation of minors, we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
