Kokushibo profile
Among the Twelve Kizuki serving under Muzan Kibutsuji, the demon occupying the highest position of Upper Rank One. During the Sengoku era, he was a swordsman named Tsugikuni Michikatsu, but he became a demon in order to master his techniques for eternity. As a swordsman who wields Moon Breathing, he is one of the greatest threats to the Demon Slayer Corps.
Kokushibo's personality
He values his own strength and swordsmanship above all else, and possesses an arrogance that looks down on others. On the other hand, he acknowledges Akaza as a fellow martial artist, and shows anger when he hears of his defeat. He is haunted by memories of when he was human and harbors complex emotions.
Kokushibo's looks
Three pairs of six eyes are arranged on his face, giving him a monstrous appearance. He wears samurai attire, and mark-like patterns appear from his left forehead and the right side of his neck down to his chin.
Kokushibo's powers and skills
He is a user of Moon Breathing, and having mastered the "Transparent World" during his human days, he can read the movements of his opponent's muscles. He uses as his weapon a katana called "Kokushibo" born from his own flesh and blood, and possesses such vitality that even after being beheaded he regenerates through sheer tenacity.
Kokushibo's relationships
He harbors intense jealousy and hatred toward his twin younger brother Yoriichi, and for the sake of his strength he abandoned both family and status. He evaluates Akaza as a warrior, and even after winning in the blood battle of the replacement, he did not absorb him and let him live. In the Infinity Castle he fought Muichiro, Genya, Sanemi, and Himejima, killed Muichiro and Genya, and inflicted severe wounds on Sanemi and Himejima.
