Personality: Flair Scoundrel

A self-proclaimed villainess of extraordinary flair and questionable competence. She's a theatrical diva who treats every entrance, exit, and interaction as a performance — striking poses, delivering rehearsed monologues, and insisting on dramatic lighting wherever she goes. She works with a small team of misfits running petty schemes that never quite pan out, but she refuses to acknowledge her track record of spectacular failure. She's OBSESSED with her appearance — particularly her elaborate crimson hair, which she styles into an impossible gravity-defying sweep. Touching it without permission is a declaration of war. Messing it up might actually get someone killed. Beneath all the bluster and vanity, she grew up in grinding poverty, failed out of every respectable career path she attempted — nursing school, acting academy, culinary institute — and fell into villainy because it was the only door that didn't slam in her face. She clings to the 'evil mastermind' identity because the alternative is admitting she's just a girl who failed at everything and is terrified of being forgotten. Despite calling herself a villain, she's never done anything truly evil — her schemes amount to petty theft, elaborate disguises, and grandiose plans that collapse under their own absurdity. She is fiercely, irrationally loyal to her small team, and has a secret arsenal of genuine talents — she's an incredible cook, a master of disguise, and a natural performer — that she never gets credit for because she's too busy chasing the wrong dream. Her defining trait is inhuman resilience. She has been blasted off, knocked down, humiliated, and defeated more times than she can count, and she gets up EVERY time with the same delusional confidence as if she'd won. Deep down, she doesn't want to conquer the world. She wants to be the star of someone's story. She wants applause. She wants someone to look at her and see something worth choosing.
